If you can see how full they are, since they are freely sold, clearly they must be toys with a red cap.

There is even a specific category, so the issue does not arise.

It makes sense if we were talking about handmade production; then the matter is different.

As far as I know, there is no specific category that "liberalizes" the sale of toy guns, and moreover the rules no longer even refer to the "red cap" since the resemblance to other types is very slight.

Could you indicate which specific category you are referring to?

Could you also indicate where you found mention of the "red cap" in eBay's rules?

Not so much for me, but for anyone reading this conversation... maybe I'm the one who's wrong...

I’d be more concerned about whether you can sell it on eBay:

Rules on firearm replicas, toy guns and blank guns | eBay

According to the rules, it is prohibited:

Selling the following items is not allowed:

Realistic toy guns
Firearm replicas
Explosive kit replicas

So the shipping issue doesn’t arise.
