Send the watch back to the sender in India
Hello good morning, I bought an automatic watch for €15 with free shipping at auction from a seller from India, the watch doesn't work, the seller offered me a refund of €2.80 so I could have it serviced later by a watchmaker, he has no idea that here in Italy just to have a watch looked at a watchmaker takes €15-20 plus the cost of the repair. I told him it wouldn't be worth taking it for repair because then this watch would end up costing a lot, and I proposed that he send me another watch as well at no additional cost together with other watches I am about to buy, but he refused. He later proposed that I send the watch back, but I saw that shipping to India is excessive, it costs around €25-30. Could you help me?
