Ship an item already sold, but only with in-person pickup
I sold an item where I had marked only in-person pickup, but the buyer is in another city and I forgot to add the free shipping service to the listing before confirming the sale. I can't figure out how to change this information after the sale was confirmed. Do I need to cancel the sale and ask them to do it again?

Mentore8 months agoNow with shipping you’d have no way to prove delivery and you’d be in the buyer’s hands.
Yes, better to cancel the sale (and relist it with shipping available) and then ask them to repeat the purchase.
