Ship after the deadline

Good evening. At the moment I’m outside Italy and I’ll be back 5 days after the deadline to ship the item I sold, will something happen? Will they cancel my sale?

Also, you’ll get a defect on performance, the more you collect, the harder it’ll be to sell on eBay...

If the buyer is patient, nothing happens. The important thing is that they don't open a dispute for item not received. Contact them, let them know about the delay and apologize.
