place an order
Hello, unfortunately I didn't manage to ship an order in time because I was out of the country, it says I should have shipped by October 24, I have a refund request from the buyer in progress, if I ship the order now would I still receive the money or would I have to ask to have the order placed again? I don't know how to proceed

refund the buyer... it's the least painful route... if you ship anyway and tomorrow the buyer asks eBay to step in, if you're not quick to enter the tracking information you risk losing both money and the item!

Mentore2 years agoSo he opened a report or a dispute... check it, and if so you can refund him directly from the procedure.
