Good evening, tonight I made my first sale, the buyer has already paid, but I don't know how to send him the package, or rather, it says the package has already been picked up.

logically, if you didn’t ship it, it couldn’t even have been picked up... but especially by whom??

So you have two options:

use the shipping service offered by eBay
go to the post office and send it

A look at how eBay works wouldn’t hurt:

Start selling on eBay | eBay

Shipping items | eBay
