ship item instead of local pickup

good evening, I mistakenly posted an listing with pickup on site of the item, which instead I shipped and it was also delivered. at the moment though it still shows as to be picked up and the funds status is obviously blocked.

what should I do?

Do nothing, wait and hope the buyer is an honest person.

The funds will be unlocked in 15 days, but this depends only on the fact that you are a new seller or not very active (it does not depend on the outcome of the delivery).

When local pickup is scheduled, the buyer receives a QR code from ebay that the seller must scan when handing over the item.

If the buyer reports that the item was not delivered to them, since you do not have the QR code certifying the exchange took place, you will be forced to refund them.
