Good morning, I bought an item that is not being shipped, the seller is not responding .
the estimated time for the item to arrive is one month, but I don't want to wait until then to file a complaint if the item is not shipped

what should I do ?

Unfortunately you have to patiently wait for the delivery deadline, only then can you open a report:

Don't think about opening other reports on Paypal because it would prevent you from using the faster one on ebay.

Thank you, very kind! Where can I find the date by which the item should arrive if it still hasn’t been shipped?
This date (that is, about 1 month) I only saw before purchasing the item; after making the payment, I can no longer find this deadline.
