And it's the first time the buyer pays me 10 euros for shipping by post and it doesn't work .... so it cost me 26 euros with UPS !!! Why ?

On Packlink (inside eBay Shipping) there’s Poste express destination Italy for 5 to 10 kg at €9.93

Today UPS is only for abroad and the price you indicated seems to apply to Slovakia, Greece, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic.
