I sold an item, it was picked up by Corriere Crono (Poste Italiane) on January 3rd. Since January 4th, it seems to be stuck in Milan at the International Exchange Center. Package code CB044802805IT. Can you help me understand why the package seems stuck? Thank you.

There's a problem with these postal services. In some countries they aren't tracked and so the package “stops” at Italian customs. Anyway, it's something that's clearly highlighted on the post office website.
For a limited number of countries, tracking is not available or does not cover the entire destination territory.
The list of these countries is given in Annex 2
