Mentore3 years agoFirst of all, you should ask the seller for a copy of their shipping receipt.
If the address on the receipt is different from the one you registered on ebay, it's the seller's mistake and you can ask for a refund through ebay.
If the address is correct, you can try to take it up only with the courier who certified that they delivered the item to you (so obviously, for ebay the transaction was completed correctly).
