Hello, I bought a book thinking it would be shipped to my home, since the ad said free shipping, but only now am I seeing that I should pick it up in its area, which I can't do because I wouldn't know how to get there. What can I do?

Remember that the seller is not obliged to accommodate your oversight, so if they do not accept the cancellation you can open a report at the end of the presumed delivery date:
