Disappointed with Ebay not once but several times
it always sides with those who aren't in the right...for example:
a buyer buys a coin with posta4 shipping and it says that shipping is entirely at the buyer's risk...the coin doesn't arrive, or they say it doesn't arrive ???
Ebay immediately asks for a refund and sides with the buyer ?
this just won't do

Mentore3 weeks agoPlus with Poste 4 you can’t even put the responsibility on the courier, since there’s no trace of the delivery.

But you can't write that, because it's not true, it's Italian law that establishes that the goods travel under the seller's responsibility until delivery... buyers definitely know that, it's incredible that you don't know it...
