When I list an item for sale and select shipping, it automatically goes with the postal service; if I want to change the shipping carrier, how do I do it?

When I list an item for sale and select shipping, it automatically goes with the postal service; if I want to change the shipping carrier, how do I do it?

If when you get to step 6 it only shows you the postal service, it means there are no other couriers available for those sizes and those destinations.
