Good morning, I sold an item, created the shipping label but then since the customer was nearby they asked me for hand delivery. Now do I need to do something so that the order is completed? It shows as shipped but the item will never be delivered at the Post Office.

And you made a huge mistake... if the buyer now reports the item as not received, how do you prove delivery??
