Mentore1 year agoIf you bought something from them and they're shipping it with DPD (in Italy Bartolini), it's normal for the courier to tell you that they'll be receiving it shortly (they're about to take charge of it). On the tracking, you should also be able to see whether they're taking charge of it in the UK or in Italy.
