Mentore1 year agoIf the return shipping costs are covered by the seller (defective item or item not as ordered), you need to use the prepaid label provided by the seller.
If the return shipping costs are on you (size exchange or you changed your mind), you need to ship at your own expense and enter the tracking code in the eBay return process.

OP1 year agoThe sender has replied. They will send me the labels to apply to the parcel and
they will withhold €25 from my advance security deposit.
