Hi everyone,I shipped abroad with DHL, but they blocked the shipment because there were loose batteries, mistakenly identified as lithium, when in fact they were Ni-Mh, which can perfectly well travel by air cargo according to ICAO specifications, but anyway.To be fair, I warned the buyer, telling him it would take longer than expected because I have to go pick up the package 100km from my house and then resend it. I offered him the option to cancel the order and he preferred that. I should never have done it!1) from neither the seller's nor the buyer's side can cancellation be requested if it has been marked as shipped2) instead of clicking item not received, the daft buyer chose "received not as described or with missing parts" even though in the notes he explained the situation correctly3) I decide to authorize the full refund, even if I risk having to pay the fees since it looks like I sold defective stuff, but I can't even do that!4) I can't do it because even though I still haven't received any money, to issue the refund the magnificent platform asks me to authorize the credit card, which they can forget about!Does anyone know how I can get out of this without paying fees? I already have the insult of my item being lost in some DHL warehouseThanks in advance
