Good morning

I sold an item to a Spanish buyer. He received it 3 days ago. Ebay still shows it as in transit. The same buyer tried to mark the item as received but can't. Obviously, the funds are still being held by ebani. Any suggestions?

Simply wait... ebay preemptively blocks the funds of all new sellers or those who are not very active, so, unlike what was thought some time ago, there is no longer any need to receive feedback or mark the delivery, but simply wait at least 15 days...
