Combined shipping. I tried everything!
good evening, I’ve tried everything. I’ve read all the forums, tried every combination. but nothing.
combined shipping enabled, all the rules the same and aligned, buy it now doesn’t require immediate payment.
I don’t know what else to do. it’s just that all of this is preventing me from selling my items properly.

Mentore1 year agoThere’s no sign of combined shipping in your listings, not even a mention in the description text.

I had already read the articles you suggested. And with the promotional discount shipping, the problem was solved.
But the mystery remains. The reason I wrote yesterday is that after setting up combined shipping, the first order went through fine (the buyer, before making the payment, waited for me to prepare an invoice with all the details). A week later, without changing anything, it no longer worked.
And from what I understand, I think I’m not the only one.
