shipping with eBay
I decided to send a package to Germany through the shipping offered by eBay. I took the package to the shipping point, but a week later I find out that according to eBay no UPS courier came to pick up the package at the shipping point. The manager of the shipping point told me that he sent everything and that he no longer has my package.
What can I do?

OP1 year agothe tobacconist should be the one required to record the handover of the parcel from me to him. now it’s my word against his.

OP1 year agoHe didn't give me anything. He took it back and nothing more. On eBay, looking at the tracking, it says that the package is waiting to be picked up by an UPS courier. This morning I went to the tobacco shop and the owner told me that he has already shipped everything and that he doesn't have any packages waiting to be handed over to UPS.

Mentore1 year agoSurely you’ll have a tracking number... have you checked it directly on the courier’s website?
