Shipping with EMS from Japan.

Good morning everyone! On April 2nd I made a purchase from Japan from a seller with lots of positive feedback. The package was shipped regularly on April 8th with EMS Japan post, expected delivery by April 17th. According to tracking, the package appears to have left on April 11th from the Japanese post office, flying to Italy, but since that day the tracking hasn’t been updated anymore and I have no more news about where my package is. I don’t even know whether it arrived in Italy or whether it is stuck in customs. I’ve already informed the seller about this delay but at the moment he seems to have ignored my messages. I think I’ll file a report with eBay for item not received and I’ll stay waiting for any possible refund. Apart from that, what can I do? Is there a way to track down the package?
