Good morning.
Item shipped with Posta1.
Item arrived at the buyer, but on the postal website there is no record of any delivery.
What should I do since the shipment status updates automatically?
The shipping code entered is correct.

Mentore1 year agoIf the postman didn't scan the delivery, the shipment will never show up.
You can only hope that the buyer is honest and doesn't open a refund request against you.
