Shipping with pickup point

Hi everyone, lately as a seller I tried the shipping option "pickup point," with Poste Italiane. I took my package to the post office and they sent it to the post office I selected, which is near the buyer's house.

Is the buyer informed that I used this option? Because Ebay shows that he selected "posta 4 medio standard," so to have the package delivered to his home, but I didn't know this before shipping.

You offered both delivery to a pickup point and Economy (Posta 4 medium standard).

You need to see what the buyer chose at checkout.

If they chose delivery to their address, that should be what you received in the eBay message.
If they chose the post office pickup point, you should have received the address of the pickup point and the PIN code to put on the parcel label.
