Shipment delivered yesterday to the recipient. For eBay, not delivered and funds unavailable.
Summary: eurinomio had a problem with an accidental purchase of two shipping labels on eBay, and wasn’t able to resolve it through customer service. After personally dropping off the package using one of the labels, eBay does not recognize the delivery, causing the funds to be unavailable. Even after providing the delivery confirmation from Bartolini and explaining the situation in the questionnaires, the problem persists. eurinomio is thinking about taking legal action and is looking for suggestions from others.
By mistake I downloaded, paying for both, 2 shipping labels for a sale. The useless chat wouldn't let me delete one...they never understand what they're told.
I personally took the package to Bartolini, using one of the two labels, and delivery was made on September 24; unfortunately, for the incompetents at Ebay (unreachable via chat, by phone, and not even via certified email...they're like ghosts) the delivery was not made and my funds are not available. Replying to their usual questionnaires, I explained why I had given only one star, explaining the whole situation, threatening to have my lawyer step in. With the shipping label they consider valid, delivery will never be made. They probably won't even read what I wrote and I'll have to file a lawsuit to get my money, since Bartolini kindly provided me with all the documentation of the completed delivery. If anyone has an idea, thanks.

Mentore2 weeks agoSince the tracking error is not attributable to eBay but to your own mistake, I suggest you read eBay's rules to understand which situation you're in:
Transaction-level holds | eBay
In extreme cases you'll have to wait 31 days... so any legal action would be pointless.
