Mentore3 years agoHow do you know it was delivered to a different address? Do you have a copy of the shipping receipt the seller gave you?
The final delivery must be made to the address registered as the delivery address on the buyer's account. This address is provided by eBay to the seller at the time of purchase.
Any other address is considered invalid.
