Shipment delivered but tracking incorrect
Good evening, I sent an item and the buyer received it, I made a mistake on the first shipping label, I deleted it and made another one with eBay shipping, I didn’t update the BRT code on eBay and now the shipment still shows as shipped even though my buyer has received the goods, how should I proceed? Of course the money is blocked until the shipment shows as delivered.

Mentore2 years agoIf you're a new seller or not very active, then the hold is not dependent on delivery.
You just need to wait at least 15 days.

OP2 years agoBut now, having updated the tracking, will it show as delivered? It still says to be shipped.
