Shipment to be split into two packages

Hi, I sold an entire book series, 65 books. Altogether they weigh 35 kg and they still won’t fit in the biggest box I have (40x40x60). I couldn’t figure out whether, through eBay Shipping (auctane), I can split the shipment into 2 parcels. Has this ever happened to anyone? Do I have to go to the post office myself and send them personally?
