I bought an item in England. The shipment is trackable with the code UPAAG000000051442398. It seems to have been stuck in the province of Modena forever and I live near Milan... I think it’s been lost, but as a last resort I’d like to contact directly the Italian carrier that took charge of it after it entered our country. How can I figure out who it is? TNT, GLS, UPS, FedEx, Poste Italiane...? How do you get this information back? Anyone have any idea??? Thanks.
