Shipping from the United Kingdom to Italy
Good morning, I need to buy an item that is in the United Kingdom for 182 euros plus 26 for shipping. I wanted to know, once it arrives in Italy, how customs clearance works and whether you have to pay customs duty, and if so, how much it amounts to? Thanks

Mentore2 years agoMany UK sellers use the GSP program; in these cases, the listing also shows the import fees, which are paid directly at checkout.
If nothing is indicated, you should consider about 4% in duties on 208 euros, then on the total 22% VAT and 5 to 20 euros (depending on the courier) as the courier’s fees for collecting the taxes and assisting with customs clearance.
