Shipping from England
I am waiting for a shipment from England, handled by eBay; the package, having been duly cleared through customs, left with the Pitney Bowes courier and was then handed over to GLS. The last traceable status is the package's departure from Neuenstein on December 11 at 20:36; since then, nothing else. GLS Italy tells me they have no news of the package: how can I get any information?

Mentore2 years agoHow do you know it was properly cleared through customs, if the last trackable status is the package leaving Neuenstein on 11/12?
If it has arrived in Italy, it will take at least 4-5 days before it comes out of customs and is handed over to GLS.
Track it with the code UPAA.........

eBay should send you the new tracking... have you tried asking support?
