Shipping from England
Hello, I’m tracking a package addressed to me, shipped from the United Kingdom. Everything was fine until yesterday. Now I see it in the Netherlands. Do you think everything is normal? eBay phone support couldn’t help me. I’m attaching a photo of the tracking. Thanks.

Mentore1 year agoAnyway, I only just realized that the exact same thing happened to me too (customs in Italy and the next day in the Netherlands) and after a week (yesterday) the package reappeared in Italy in the hands of the postal service.

Mentore1 year agoCustoms can be cleared in any of the EU countries, but it’s still strange that on the 10th it was in customs in Italy and the next day in Holland.

OP1 year agoyou exclude that it could be a system error and maybe the package is in customs here or, as support told me yesterday, it hasn't arrived in Italy yet?

Mentore1 year agoAnything is possible, but if the tracking doesn't get fixed in a few days, I'd ask for ebay's help.
