I bought an item from an Italian seller that was stated as being shipped from Italy, but then the order was shipped from England. So without my knowledge, when the courier delivered the shipment to me, I was charged shipping/customs clearance costs.I consider the seller’s lack of clarity regarding the shipment’s origin and additional costs to be very unfair.
