17-day shipping?
Hello everyone,
I'm writing here because even though I've been a member for a long time, I make very few purchases and I'm not an expert.
Ten days ago I placed an order with a seller who seems reliable, for a product that was supposed to arrive by 10/06. Since it hadn't arrived yet, I contacted him, and he told me he had shipped the order by regular mail a week ago, and that it will take about another 10 days to arrive. I should point out that we're both in Italy. In 10 days, however, the return window will also expire, as indicated in his listing. This worries me. If an item arrived that didn't match the description or was faulty, what could I do? Can you end up being scammed? Unfortunately, it's happened to me on other platforms, and I'd like to protect myself. Thanks in advance.

Mentore2 years agoIf the item is not as described or is defective, what the seller says in the listing is irrelevant, you ask eBay to step in, return the item according to the procedure and you will be refunded.
This also applies if it doesn’t arrive at all, because ordinary mail isn’t traceable.
