BRT shipment that doesn't appear in tracking search

Good morning, is it normal that a shipment made on April 18 still doesn't show up in tracking as of today, April 22? I'm a little worried.

The code is generated when the seller buys the shipment, but it enters the system when the courier picks up the package.

Have you considered the fact that from the 18th until today there haven't been any working days?
