Hello. I would like to understand who the sly one is who entered an absolutely wrong address for an item I bought more than a month ago and that was delivered - luckily - to someone I know. In any case, I suffered a loss because this tool was indispensable for a job that I lost, due to someone's incompetence. If I give you my details, including the shipping address, and you have the goods delivered to an old address and to a name that has nothing to do with me and that I had explicitly asked to delete, I would like to know whom I should thank.
Absolutely unprofessional, whoever is responsible, I know EBAY. TERRIBLE PERFORMANCE.

the buyer provides the shipping address...
It's impossible for a seller to make up an address at random... if it wasn't provided by the person who bought their item...
