Good morning everyone, I purchased an item shipped with Poste Italiane economy service. The seller claims not to have received any form or tracking number from the post office, but on eBay delivery is expected on March 30. The post office in Angola tells me that without a tracking code they cannot locate the package in the system. Is it possible that Poste Italiane does not issue any shipping receipt? If the package does not arrive by the first week of April, can I proceed with the refund request for 'item not received' even if the seller says they shipped it?
