SHIPMENT REFERENCE NUMBERIT2023EBAY0010569884 I can’t track this shipment, it shows as delivered to the pickup point on 28/12/ 2023 but on BRT tracking the shipment doesn’t show up. What should I do to follow up with the courier

Perhaps the shipment has been booked, but the package has not yet been picked up by the courier.
