Shipment made, but the customer never receives the goods
Good morning
I shipped a package several days ago now, and for two days the package has been out for delivery, but the courier has to come back the next day every time because they can't find the buyer. This keeps delaying my payment. How can I proceed, maybe waiting a few more days?

Mentore2 years agoIf there are no ongoing disputes, collecting the payment does not depend on the outcome of delivery.
As a new seller or someone who is not very active, you will still have to wait at least 15 days.
As for delivery, I’m afraid that after the third attempt, the goods will be returned to the sender. You’ll have to agree on whether to make a new shipment at the buyer’s expense (the fault for the failed delivery is theirs) or a partial refund (so that you can recover the shipping costs, since the fault for the failed delivery is solely theirs).

I also contacted him by phone to tell him, let's see today, since it's the last attempt, if he can pick up the package.

Mentore2 years agoYou don't need the package delivery to unlock the payment... you're a new seller or not very active, so the block is preventative for at least 15 days.
If the package goes into storage, you can release it or have it sent back to you.
If the buyer wants it back, they will have to pay for a new shipment.
