Shipment stuck and undelivered packages
Good morning
I made 3 shipments to 3 different areas of Italy for sales I completed.
The shipments were sent at the same time, the problem is that since 21.10.2024 it says shipped but tracking has not been updated and nothing has ever been delivered to any of the 3 buyers.
When I contacted Poste, they said everything is stuck at the CMP in Naples, but that to ask for it to be unblocked, it has to be done directly by eBay; the problem is that eBay isn’t replying to my emails and I no longer know how to contact them.
Can anyone give me some guidance on this?

Mentore1 year agoEbay isn't replying to you because it didn't sell you anything, you didn't buy any shipping from eBay... but from Packlink, so you need to contact them:
