Shipment delayed
Hello, I purchased a service and maintenance booklet that I was supposed to receive on 22/04/25. As of today it is still in transit (Germany) with an 8-day delay, since the time limit for a possible return is expiring, and it also seems very strange that a package that has been shipped by the sender for more than 10 days is still in transit in Germany. Given my needs by May 2, if it doesn't arrive I am forced to buy one elsewhere. After that, how can I request a refund?

if the delivery deadline has already passed, don’t wait to open a report... which has nothing to do with the return:
