Late shipment and no response from the seller
Good evening everyone.
I would need some information/advice: I placed an order on Saturday, January 13 (four days ago) for an item that should come from a company in Naples. As of today, the item still hasn’t been shipped and I haven’t heard anything even from the seller, whom I contacted yesterday evening.
Is all this normal? Should I keep waiting or do something to get a refund for the expense?

Mentore2 years agoYou need to wait until the estimated delivery period has expired, which you can find on your order summary.
After that you can ask ebay to step in for the refund.
