international shipping
Hello, from a listing by an English seller, I would like to buy the item ° eBay item number:304835712815. Since the seller does not offer international shipping, I contacted him and this was his reply: “Hi Many thanks for your question. As for delivery, since you are outside the United Kingdom, the item will be sent via eBay's global shipping program. I would send it to them first, which I do not charge for. Then they send it directly to you. I have no involvement in this, so I can't quote you a price. I think this can be found on the listing page or directly from eBay. I hope this helps Kind regards”
I am therefore asking how it works and how much the shipping costs to Italy (cap89900) are and any customs fees.

it is the seller who has to offer or not the international shipping program (GSP)... just to be clear, it's like Fermopoint for us Italians...
So if he does not opt in to the option offered by eBay... eBay can't do it for him!
He therefore has to change the shipping option in his account preferences.
