International shipping stuck at December 26
Good morning, I have this code UPAAF000000070739707
stuck since December 26
The seller says he can't help me in any way. Ebay says I have to wait at least until January 10 and only after that will I be able to contact them and ask the seller
I just want to know where my package is and at least find out which national carrier will deliver it to my home or whether it has already been lost.

Christmas holidays are certainly not the best time to go through Italian customs.
