International shipping from the USA

Hello! I would like to buy 4 items from the USA from the same seller and he created the link for me to buy everything at once but when I click to pay the screen comes up that says:

This seller does not ship the item to: FM (province) Italy.
He ships worldwide, Italy included.

why does this message appear?

Has this ever happened to you?

It's an issue on their end; they set something up wrong or didn't account for shipping costs to Italy. Ask if they can send you an invoice with the total for the items and shipping costs.
