Multiple shipments with a single tracking number
Hello. I shipped 2 days ago several sold items to a single user.
Going into the sold section for each of them, the tracking I entered appears, but it still tells me they need to be shipped, with the resulting delay.
Does anyone know how to solve the problem that comes back up in the case of a combined sale?
Thanks to anyone who wants to reply and maybe I hope this will finally be resolved by the platform.

Mentore1 year agoSales with combined shipping must be grouped into a single transaction.
I don't know if you've already gone through all the required steps ....
