Shipment not arrived.
I sold an item. It has not been delivered yet and the buyer has opened a request. I can’t access the details to enter the shipping code, which has already been sent, by the way. The listing clearly said that for insured shipping you had to pay €5 extra. What can I do besides contacting the buyer and sending them the shipping code again?

OP3 years agoThe problem was only solved because the package arrived, but I still couldn’t access the request to enter the shipping code

you need to enter the shipping code by replying to the request the buyer opened for you... there's no point in sending it only to the buyer, if they wanted to communicate with you they wouldn't have opened the report.
The option to insure the package no longer exists, you need to provide for it yourself or include it in the shipping cost you offer... remembering that you remain responsible for the shipment, مهما whatever service the buyer chose.
