paid shipping or free shipping
I wanted to buy an item by making an offer. After some back and forth with the offers, the seller accepts. At the time of payment, I’m being charged the shipping cost, even though in the offers window it was specified that it was free. The seller says shipping was free at the Buy It Now price and that with offers you get charged shipping. Is that right, or is something not right?

Mentore2 years agoThe offers refer only to the item's price. The shipping cost remains the one set initially.
Anyway, if you make the purchase from your order summary, the payment page will automatically show the price obtained with the offer and the correct shipping costs (0 will appear if they were truly free in the original listing).

OP2 years agoExactly, shipping is 0 euros, at the time of payment in addition to the price I offered, another 10 euros in shipping unexpectedly pop up... the seller justifies himself by telling me that he decides whether, with offers, he wants to give away shipping or make you pay for it

Mentore2 years agoHello,
if the listing had free shipping and allowed offers to be sent, if the offer is accepted, the shipping method does not change.
Otherwise, if you made arrangements verbally or outside the platform.
Kind regards.

OP2 years agoHi, yes free shipping, but at the moment when the seller accepts my offer and I proceed to the payment form, 10 euros of shipping pop out of nowhere... how can I report it?
