Shipment not dispatched
Good morning,
this is the first time this has happened to me and I don't understand, but evidently there are problems.
I've been waiting for a package since Saturday and yesterday 20/11/24 the seller created the shipping code, but if I go to check the status on eBay it gives me this message:
Delivery of the package may be delayed due to carrier service disruptions.
It also says "shipping code provided" but it hasn't been shipped: in the tracking there is no colored dot on shipped. What should I do? I don't know how to behave; if I contact the post office they tell me to wait but evidently something is wrong, this is crazy.

OP1 year agoyes, I read those, but usually in tracking I see the colored dot on shipped right away... we'll see how it goes tomorrow, in the meantime thanks for the reply

Mentore1 year agoThere's nothing absurd about it... if yesterday the seller gave you the tracking number, that means the courier will come to pick it up today... so you'll be able to check the tracking from tomorrow.
All it takes is a little patience... and carefully reading all the timings and the presumed delivery date, always shown in each listing.
