Shipment no longer trackable
Good morning... I'm waiting for a package shipped from France via Colissimo (La Poste) on June 3, but since June 5 there have been no more updates after the last one, which said the shipment was still in transit in French territory... the seller also sent me the waybill, which shows that the next step should have been La Poste handing it over to DPD, i.e. Bartolini for Italy, but when I check their tracking there is no matching shipment... what's more, it seems strange that there hasn't been an update from La Poste saying the package was handed over to the final courier, which I thought was usually SDA/posteitaliane... the final delivery deadline is June 14, I informed the seller, who has excellent reviews, 2 days ago; he told me he would look into it, but so far nothing from him (besides, he had even misspelled my surname by one letter on the waybill) and even though I think I'll be refunded if it isn't delivered, I'd mostly like to manage to recover the package because it contained a very rare 1938 bicycle gear changer... I'm asking if someone can suggest any action to take before officially reporting the non-receipt on June 14, because I doubt it will arrive... thanks

Mentore2 years agoIf you don’t receive anything by June 14, the only thing you can do is file a report the next day:

I think it’ll be tough to get the package back at all costs...
